These Terms govern your use of thepetcove.net and purchases from The Pet Cove.

1. About us
The Pet Cove is operated by Cyrus Massoudi, doing business as The Pet Cove.

2. Products and orders
We sell pet supplies. Product descriptions, prices, availability, and images may change.

An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed and confirmation is sent. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or affected by suspected fraud. If we cancel, we will refund amounts paid.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout when applicable.

4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Domestic delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. International delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days.

Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for applicable international duties and taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact thepetcove.net@gmail.com before returning an item. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

6. Product safety
Use products according to their instructions and supervise pets when appropriate. The Pet Cove isn’t responsible for harm caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.

7. Website use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, or use the site fraudulently.

8. Intellectual property
The website’s content, branding, text, graphics, and images belong to The Pet Cove or its licensors. You may not copy or commercially use them without permission.

9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability
We aim to provide accurate information, but we don’t guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, The Pet Cove isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. The updated version applies from its stated effective date.
